In today's podcast we'll be discussing Deloitte's recent move to get rid of their diversity affinity groups. Deloitte is in the news recently because they are calling the quits on existing diversity groups. These groups tried to give a voice to minority groups and help these minority groups get promoted. Unfortunately these groups did not work because most of Deloitte's leadership are still old white men. Additionally, millennials do not want to be labeled as belonging to a single group. In order to keep up with the times Deloitte is going back to the drawing board on diversity.
